A New Orleans neighborhood café with deep community roots, known for its warm atmosphere and creative hospitality.

The Invitation

The front-of-house felt vibrant, but behind the scenes, things were stretched. Staff were burnt out, systems were informal, and revenue was plateauing. The owner was carrying too much.

What We Did

We audited day-to-day operations and introduced new rhythms: a streamlined ops manual, clearer staff flows, and a training process that empowered managers. On the revenue side, we co-created event programming—ticketed dinners, tastings, and cultural salons—to deepen engagement and expand income streams.

The Shift

The business became not just more joyful to run—but more resilient. Team morale rose. Revenue diversified. And a little more space to breathe.
